## Description

Devsinc is hiring **Associate Software Engineers with a minimum of 6 months of professional software development experience.** The ideal candidate has strong programming fundamentals, a solid understanding of **object-oriented programming, data structures, and databases**, and hands-on experience developing and debugging applications. You will contribute to improving applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with the engineering team to deliver reliable, maintainable software.

**Responsibilities**

-   Work closely with the development team to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
-   Apply **Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)** principles to create scalable and maintainable code.
-   Work with **databases (SQL/NoSQL)** for data management and optimization.
-   Implement **data structures and algorithms** to enhance application performance.
-   Solve analytical and logical problems to improve system efficiency.
-   Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

## Requirements

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**

-   Strong understanding of **Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)** concepts.
-   Good knowledge of **databases (SQL/NoSQL)** and query optimization.
-   Excellent understanding of **data structures and algorithms** for efficient coding.
-   Problem-solving mindset with strong **logical and analytical thinking** skills.
-   Basic understanding of **software development best practices**.

**Soft Skills**

-   Excellent **communication skills** and teamwork abilities.
-   Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.

**Preferred**

-   Hands-on experience or knowledge of **Python, Golang, NestJS, Ruby on Rails (ROR) or React.js**
