**Position Overview:**

Lead breast surgical services in a collaborative multi-specialty practice. Provide expert oncologic and reconstructive surgical care while utilizing eClinicalWorks EMR to drive patient-centered outcomes in a diverse urban community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform breast-conserving and reconstructive surgeries
-   Develop individualized treatment plans for cancer patients
-   Collaborate with oncology, radiology, and primary care teams
-   Document care via eClinicalWorks EMR
-   Mentor surgical residents and fellows (if applicable)

## Requirements

-   **Education:** MD/DO from an accredited institution
-   **Licensure/Certification:**

-   State medical license (or eligible for licensure).
-   Board-eligible or board-certified in General Surgery (American Board of Surgery).

-   **Experience:** Breast Surgical Oncology fellowship training strongly preferred, or equivalent expertise
-   **Technical Skills:**

-   eClinicalWorks EMR proficiency
-   Advanced breast surgery procedures

-   **Soft Skills:**

-   Multidisciplinary team leadership
-   Patient advocacy
