**Job Responsibilities:**

·        Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational goals.

·        Monitor performance metrics and adjust processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

·        Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement.

·        Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

·        Manage and mentor operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

·        Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

·        Prepare and manage operational budgets and time management.

·        Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

·        Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

·        Oversee inventory control, procurement, and vendor relationships.

·        Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

·        Track KPIs and generate reports for senior leadership.
