## Description

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

The PD Off-price Intern will support the team in the daily operational and administrative activities related to the Apparel Product Development Off-price business.

The role requires a proactive, flexible person, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, manage different tasks simultaneously and contribute to the smooth running of daily activities.

**Core Job Responsibilities**

-   Support the Off-price team in daily office activities.
-   Assist with operational and administrative tasks.
-   Support the team in managing and updating files, data and reports.
-   Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth information flow and process alignment.
-   Follow up on assigned activities, ensuring accuracy and respect for deadlines.
-   Be proactive in identifying solutions and addressing operational issues.

## Requirements

-   Academic background in Fashion, Business Administration, Economics or similar fields.
-   Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
-   Good knowledge of computer skills: Adobe Illustrator, Photo Shop, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
-   Strong adaptability: able to adjust quickly to changing situations and priorities.
-   Ability to work under pressure: comfortable managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
-   Smart attitude: quick learner, sharp thinker and able to understand situations and find practical solutions.
-   Get-things-done mentality: proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and execution with precision and accuracy.
-   Practical approach: good judgment and ability to understand priorities.
-   Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
