## Description

**Position Overview:**  
We are seeking a Pricing Manager with a strong background in freight forwarding to develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance our competitive edge and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the ability to analyze data to inform pricing decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and manage pricing strategies for our freight forwarding services.
-   Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness.
-   Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align pricing with business goals.
-   Prepare and present pricing proposals to clients.
-   Monitor pricing performance and make adjustments as necessary.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 8 years of experience in pricing management, preferably within the freight forwarding industry.
-   Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
