## Description

EEP is looking for a passionate **Account Manager** who will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with assigned schools and key stakeholders. The role ensures effective communication, high-quality service delivery, and alignment with EEP’s objectives.

The Account Manager will act as a key link between the schools and Head Office, supporting schools in achieving their operational, commercial, and enrollment objectives while identifying opportunities to enhance performance and strengthen stakeholder engagement.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
-   **3–5 years of relevant experience** in Account Management, School Operations, Client Relations, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar role.
-   Previous experience in the **education sector or working with schools** is highly preferred.
-   Experience managing multiple stakeholders and accounts.
-   Strong understanding of customer/stakeholder relationship management.
