## Description

Marathon Talent is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner, adept at managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and facilitating efficient communication across departments and with external stakeholders. This role requires discretion, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage and coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
-   Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
-   Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
-   Organize and support meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
-   Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
-   Assist with special projects and events as needed to support business objectives.
-   Coordinate administrative processes to improve executive productivity and office efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
-   Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
-   Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
-   Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
-   High level of discretion and confidentiality.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
-   Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
-   Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-   Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
-   Experience supporting C-level executives is a plus.
