We are seeking a college student pursuing an accounting degree for a **fall accounting internship** at our corporate office in Farmington Hills. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate classes.

The accounting intern will gain hands-on experience assisting with job cost accounting, financial reporting, annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations, and special projects as needed.

## Requirements

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

-   Currently pursuing a degree in accounting.
-   Basic understanding of accounting principles.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
