Key Responsibilities:

-   **Passion for hashtag Sports:** A sports enthusiast who understands the culture and audience.
-   **Social Media Expertise:** Hands-on experience managing Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
-   **Industry Experience:** Exposure to at least 2-3 different industries; agency experience is a must.
-   **Leadership Skills:** Proven experience in growing and managing social media teams effectively.
-   **Strategic Vision:** Ability to monitor trends and create instant, impactful plans.
-   **Data-Driven Approach:** Expertise in social media analytics to guide strategy.
-   **Influencer Management:** Skilled in building and managing influencer relationships.
-   **Community Engagement:** Strong expertise in community-based social media management and content.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role.
-   BBA/MBA or an equivalent degree.
-   Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
-   Proficiency in social media management tools.
-   Strong understanding of multimedia-based planning and execution.
-   A proactive, initiative-taking mindset with trend monitoring habits.
