### What you’ll do (and why it matters!)

-   **Make what you want:** Earn competitive W2 base salary and commission compensation that benefits that you control by closing pre-set appointments (typical average of $75,000 - $90,000/annually with no earning cap)

## Requirements

### If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!

-   **Funeral Director License REQUIRED**
-   Applicable State Insurance License and Preneed License/Certification (where applicable)
-   Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or 1-2 years of in-person sales/customer service experience, preferably in a senior market
-   Strong relationship development and communication skills
-   Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in-person
-   Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
