## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Consultant Intensive Care Physician** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing critically ill patients and providing comprehensive intensive care in a multidisciplinary environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
-   Manage patients with acute respiratory, cardiac, neurological, renal, and multi-organ conditions.
-   Lead the assessment, stabilization, and ongoing management of critically ill patients.
-   Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced life support.
-   Perform and supervise critical care procedures as appropriate.
-   Monitor hemodynamic and physiological parameters and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
-   Manage sepsis, shock, acute organ failure, and other life-threatening conditions.
-   Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, cardiologists, neurologists, nephrologists, and other specialists.
-   Lead multidisciplinary ICU rounds and clinical case discussions.
-   Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB/DM or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Critical Care Medicine / Intensive Care Medicine / Anesthesiology / Internal Medicine** with advanced critical care training.
-   Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level.
-   Strong experience in managing complex ICU and critically ill patients.
-   Excellent skills in mechanical ventilation, resuscitation, hemodynamic management, and critical care procedures.
-   Strong clinical leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
