**Job Summary:**

The Field Technician I will be responsible for performing field installations, repairs, and maintenance for Vinmar International's products and services. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in technical services and support within a dynamic industry environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform installations, repairs, and routine maintenance on equipment in the field.
-   Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to company products and services.
-   Maintain accurate records of service reports, installations, and customer interactions.
-   Provide excellent customer service and support during field visits.
-   Ensure compliance with safety regulations and departmental policies.
-   Work closely with senior technicians and other team members to complete projects timely and effectively.
-   Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
-   Prior experience in a technical or field service role is a plus but not required.
-   Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
-   Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
