We Are Looking For Sales Agent -TeamLead for Real Estate Company  

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven **Sales Agent / Team Lead** to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting properties while maximizing sales opportunities. ### **Requirements**

-   **Education:** University Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any relevant field).
-   **Experience:** Minimum of 1 to 5 years of solid experience in the Real Estate industry.
-   **Industry Background:** A strong, proven background working within **Real Estate Brokerage companies is an absolute must**.

## Requirements

-   Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-   Deep understanding of the local real estate market (experience in New Cairo/Cairo Governorate is highly preferred).
-   Ability to work independently and under sales target pressure.
-   Strong lead generation and client management skills.
