We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Human Resources Assistant** to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will help create a positive employee experience by supporting recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

-   Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
-   Serve as a first point of contact for employee and applicant questions regarding policies, benefits, onboarding, and HR processes
-   Ensure compliance through regular audits of HR files and records
-   Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
-   Assist with payroll-related inquiries and processing support
-   Coordinate with benefit providers and external vendors to support employee programs
-   Help facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
-   Support employee engagement events, recognition programs, benefits enrollment activities, holiday celebrations, and organizational meetings
-   Contribute to creating a welcoming and positive workplace culture

## Requirements

-   Minimum high school diploma required

-   Associates degree preferred

-   Minimum three (3) years administrative/clerical experience required

-   Minimum one (1) year direct HR experience preferred

-   Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with Paycom preferred
-   Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion required
