### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels.
-   Assist customers with inquiries about food delivery services, resolving issues efficiently.
-   Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
-   Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on food service trends and improve service delivery.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
-   A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
-   Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
