## Description

Ninja is on a mission to change healthcare for the better, and we need a talented Pharmacist to join our exceptional team. As a Pharmacist, you will be critical in helping our patients manage their medication regimens and achieve optimal health outcomes. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to our innovative approach to patient care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare and dispense prescription medications while adhering to all legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
-   Conduct thorough medication reviews and patient assessments to ensure safe and effective therapy.
-   Provide clear and compassionate counseling to patients regarding their medications and health conditions.
-   Collaborate with healthcare providers to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
-   Monitor patient responses to drug therapy and make adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
-   Manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring medications are stocked and stored properly.
-   Participate in educational initiatives and workshops to enhance patient understanding of their medications.
-   Maintain all pharmacy records and documentation accurately.

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
-   Active pharmacist license in the state of operation.
-   Minimum 3 years of experience in community pharmacies in KSA.
-   In-depth knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and best practices in medication management.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
-   A team player with a passion for patient care and health education.
-   Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development within the pharmaceutical field.
