Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Health Insurance delivery programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in delivery governance, stakeholder management, digital transformation, and end-to-end program execution while ensuring quality, financial, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

\- Lead end-to-end delivery of Health Insurance programs and projects.

\- Manage client relationships and senior stakeholder communication.

\- Drive delivery governance, project planning, and execution.

\- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and ensure timely escalations.

\- Monitor project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.

\- Ensure adherence to quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs.

\- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve business outcomes.

\- Mentor and manage cross-functional delivery teams.
