### **The Role:**

As a Customer Expert for Mercedes-Benz, you will be the primary voice and digital point of contact for drivers across three main areas of support. You will handle 30 to 50 customer contacts a day via inbound calls and emails. Your day-to-day will focus on:

-   **Connected Mobility Services:** Help tech-savvy drivers set up their Mercedes Me App, activate digital extras, book appointments online, and troubleshoot app login issues. You will guide users on connecting their mobile phones to their car and setting up internet hotspots.
-   **Premium Customer Service:** Answer general inquiries regarding vehicle warranties, car documentation, service histories, and assist with booking maintenance appointments at local dealerships.
-   **Roadside Assistance:** Be the reassuring hero when a driver experiences a breakdown. You will gather crucial details like GPS locations and license plates, and coordinate recovery assistance to get the vehicle safely to a dealership.

## Requirements

-   **Your Danish is flawless:** You possess excellent written and oral communication skills in Danish (C1 level).
-   **Your English is strong:** You have a solid B2 level in English, which is required for your comprehensive training and daily operations.
-   **You are a tech enthusiast:** You easily navigate mobile software (iOS and Android), understand basic hotspot connectivity, and can handle a typing speed of 25 words per minute.
-   **You are a natural problem solver:** You can keep a cool head, show high empathy, and deliver a luxury experience even when dealing with upset customers who might have just had an accident.
-   **A background bonus:** No formal experience is required, though customer service experience is preferred. Having a driver's license or good geographical knowledge is a massive plus!
