Spirit Omega Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and dependable **Warehouse Associate** for one of our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys a variety of hands-on tasks and takes pride in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

The successful candidate will assist with warehouse operations, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and light equipment operation. If you are physically fit, safety-conscious, and enjoy a fast-paced workplace, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

-   Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
-   Handle and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and heavier items when required using proper lifting techniques.
-   Package products securely for shipment.
-   Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries.
-   Receive, inspect, and organize inventory.
-   Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
-   Operate equipment such as forklifts and material handling equipment when required.
-   Perform occasional production-related duties, including operating a punch press and similar equipment.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-   Follow all company health and safety procedures.
-   Perform other warehouse and general labour duties as assignments

## Requirements

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.

Forklift certification or operating experience is considered a strong asset.

Experience operating industrial equipment or machinery is an asset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Ability to perform physically demanding work in a warehouse setting.
