## Requirements

### **Responsibilities**

•  Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow our award-winning personal growth and leadership training programmes.

•  Build and nurture a strong community through authentic brand storytelling.

•  Attract, lead and mentor a motivated team to achieve shared objectives.

•  Take full ownership of growth targets and consistently exceed them.

•  Create and implement strategic campaigns to enter new markets.

•  Monitor market trends and manage key performance metrics (systems and tools provided).

•  Deepen your knowledge of our programmes to communicate their value convincingly.

•  Embrace continuous learning and contribute to a progressive team culture.

### **The Ideal Candidate**

•  At least six years’ experience in marketing leadership or brand management.

•  Proven success in achieving and exceeding growth and engagement targets.

•  Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.

•  Strong leadership abilities with a genuine interest in developing others.

•  Highly self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.

•  Authentic growth mindset and interest in self-growth, the field you will represent.

•  Excellent time management and organisational skills for remote work.

•  Readiness for a non-traditional, performance-based path.
