**📋 What You’ll Do:**

-   Manage a substantial caseload, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. ⚖️
-   Communicate promptly and professionally with clients in English and Spanish. 🗣️
-   Assist attorneys with legal memo writing, research, and preparing immigration and other legal forms. ✍️
-   Adhere to firm policies to ensure the best outcome for clients. 📑
-   Work collaboratively with attorneys and senior legal assistants to meet deadlines. 🏅
-   Analyze case strategies and conduct research for optimal outcomes. 🔍
-   Proofread legal documents for accuracy and clarity. 📜

## Requirements

**✅ Our Ideal Candidate:**

-   Has at least two years of experience as a legal assistant or law clerk. 💼
-   Holds a bachelor’s degree in Law. 🎓
-   Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. 🗣️✍️
-   Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 📣
-   Can work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision. 💪
-   Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌍
-   Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. 💻
