## Description

We are looking for a Motion Graphic and Visual Designer with 5 to 7 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, video editing, and visual design.

### Responsibilities

-   Create motion graphics, animations, product videos, explainers, social media content, and edited video assets.
-   Develop storyboards and translate ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives.
-   Create high-quality designs for campaigns, presentations, social media, product marketing, and internal communications.
-   Design and animate typography, illustrations, transitions, visual effects, and interface elements.
-   Create Lottie animations for websites and digital products.
-   Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and other cross-functional teams.
-   Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

## Requirements

-   5 to 7 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar role.
-   Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
-   Experience with Lottie Animations and Lottie Creator.
-   Strong grasp of motion graphics, animation principles, timing, pacing, and dynamic movement.
-   Experience experimenting and working with AI tools like Figma AI capabilities, Replit, etc. 
-   Effective storyboarding and visual storytelling skills.
-   Strong visual design skills across layout, composition, branding, and digital content.
-   Practical understanding of design thinking and user-centric design.
-   Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
