**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced **Production Section Head (Solid)** to lead and manage the solid dosage production section within our manufacturing facility.

The role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a high-performing team to achieve production targets and maintain product quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage day-to-day operations of the solid dosage production section, ensuring adherence to SOPs, cGMP, and safety procedures.
-   Lead and mentor the production team, promoting continuous learning and performance excellence.
-   Implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
-   Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering departments to address and resolve production and quality issues.
-   Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards within the production area.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
-   (7-9) years of experience in solid dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing.
-   Strong understanding of solid dosage production processes and cGMP requirements.
-   Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
