## Description

Are you a high-trust, fast-paced professional ready to act as the "right hand" to a visionary CEO? We are looking for an **Executive Assistant (EA)**. Our client needs a partner to live on prospect and client calls, ensuring no follow-up ever drops.

This is not a traditional behind-the-scenes role. You will be a client-facing representative of the brand, requiring high pickup speed and the ability to work alongside cutting-edge **AI tools like Claude** to build SOPs and streamline delegation. **Core Responsibilities**

-   **Financial Administration:** Process invoicing, manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) follow-ups, and support multi-state sales tax filing requirements.
-   **Compliance Management:** Assist in maintaining compliance with state-specific hiring/firing regulations and industry standards.
-   **Contract & Data Admin:** Handle contract administration and maintain organized digital file structures within Google Workspace or Dropbox.
-   **AI Integration:** Work alongside Claude to generate SOPs and document transactional processes for scaling efficiency.
-   **Logistics Coordination:** Manage general coordination and logistics for property monitoring services and vendor interactions.
-   **Operational Reporting:** Monitor outstanding balances and provide regular status updates on administrative tasks.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** 3–5 years of verifiable experience in business support, administration, or bookkeeping roles.
-   **English Proficiency:** Clear, professional spoken and written English (C1-C2 level) for internal and vendor communication.
-   **Tech Savvy:** Proficient in Google Workspace and highly comfortable learning new AI tools for automation.
-   **Organizational Skills:** Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a high transactional load independently.
-   **Schedule:** Full-time availability aligned with U.S. business hours.
