## Description

Keyvoto is a Product Experience Management (PXM) platform that helps brands, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, retailers and marketplaces manage, enrich and distribute product information across multiple channels. 

For the past 4–5 years, Keyvoto has established a strong position in the Greek market, working with leading companies across FMCG, supermarkets, e-pharmacies, consumer electronics, home appliances, toys and other major product categories. 

We are now expanding into new markets and product categories and are ready to significantly strengthen the way we communicate our value to the market. 

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of Keyvoto’s marketing function and build it from the ground up. 

This is a hands-on, highly responsible role for someone who understands B2B technology and SaaS, knows how to turn a strong product into a strong market presence, and can combine strategy with execution. 

You will work closely with the founders and commercial team to build Keyvoto’s brand, increase market awareness and generate new business opportunities. 

-   Develop and execute Keyvoto’s overall B2B marketing strategy 

-   Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns 

-   Strengthen Keyvoto’s brand awareness and market positioning 

-   Develop content including articles, case studies, newsletters, presentations, social media content and other marketing materials 

-   Lead Keyvoto’s LinkedIn and digital presence 

-   Support PR and external communications 

-   Work closely with the Sales team to generate and nurture qualified B2B leads 

-   Identify the right external partners, agencies, freelancers and specialists when needed 

-   Plan and execute product, industry and customer campaigns 

-   Monitor marketing KPIs, analyse performance and continuously improve results 

-   Build the foundations of a scalable marketing operation as Keyvoto expands internationally

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, technology or a related environment 

-   Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation and lead generation 

-   Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution 

-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek 

-   Strong content creation and storytelling skills 

-   Good understanding of LinkedIn, digital marketing, SEO, email marketing and paid campaigns 

-   Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus 

-   Ability to work independently and take ownership 

-   Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach 

-   A strong commercial mindset and understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth 

-   Ability to build things from scratch rather than simply manage an existing marketing department
