## Description

**Position Summary**

The Senior Business Analyst leads acquisition integration and modernization tasks centered on the Department of the Air Force's Modernized Process Model (MPM). This senior-level role directs complex process models and knowledge management tools and coordinates technical collaboration across Air Force organizations.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Direct the operation, maintenance, and training program for the Modernized Process Model (MPM), ensuring it reflects current acquisition laws, regulations, and Government-approved guidance.
-   Oversee MPM tool maintenance, incorporating approved updates and removing obsolete content, with routine updates completed within 5 business days of Government approval.
-   Review newly issued acquisition guidance and implement approved MPM updates within 5 business days of publication.
-   Coordinate and facilitate Government-directed working groups with SAF/AQX to review planned MPM updates and document approved actions.
-   Direct on-demand virtual MPM training for the acquisition workforce, including onboarding for new users and update sessions on recent changes.
-   Supervise the lifecycle management of the MPM AI Prompt Library and associated AI-enabled workflows, aligning reusable prompts and workflows with current guidance, MPM content, and user roles.

## Requirements

**Minimum Qualifications**

-   Minimum Experience: 10 years
-   Education: Master's degree, or bachelor's degree with equivalent experience, in Business Administration, Finance, or MIS
-   Certifications / Expertise: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
-   Security Clearance: Secret
