## Description

[FullScale](https://www.fullscalelearning.org/) is a national nonprofit committed to transforming public education by helping leaders and communities scale innovative, equitable learning models. We support the field by building and sharing tools, practices, and learning networks that break silos and accelerate change. Through our digital resources, convenings, and collaborations, we bring together people and ideas that make real progress possible.

**Position Overview**

The Product Specialist serves as the operational backbone of the Product Team, ensuring FullScale's research, tools, resources, and learning experiences move efficiently from product strategy through production, launch, and dissemination. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role coordinates project timelines, manages operational workflows, supports stakeholder communication, and keeps complex initiatives organized and on track.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creating order from complexity, proactively solves problems, and finds satisfaction in helping ambitious ideas become reality. Most importantly, this person will enable the Chief Product Officer to focus on product strategy, partnerships, innovation, and designing transformational learning experiences by ensuring operational excellence across the Product Team.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Product Development Operations**

- Partner with the Chief Product Officer to coordinate the product development lifecycle from concept through launch.
- Support the coordination of project plans that move research, resources, and learning experiences from the Programs Team through product development, production, and dissemination.
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables across Product, Programs, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
- Coordinate product development workflows, track milestones, and proactively communicate risks to support on-time delivery.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, meeting notes, and operational systems.

**Product Production & Launch Coordination**

- Manage and maintain production timelines for product resources including playbooks, toolkits, implementation guides, reports, digital resources, webpages, and participant materials.
- Work closely with the designer to ensure assets move efficiently through design, review, revision, and production.
- Track product readiness from initial concept through public release.

**Stakeholder Coordination & Product Dissemination**

- Coordinate dissemination activities as set by CPO for newly released products and learning experiences.
- Draft partner outreach emails and coordinate logistical communications supporting dissemination efforts.
- Organize and prepare product content, key messages, and supporting materials for handoff to the Communications team to develop newsletters, social media, website content, and other marketing assets.
- Develop and coordinate dissemination timelines across Product, Communications, Programs, and external dissemination partners.
- Track dissemination milestones, stakeholder engagement, and launch readiness to support successful product adoption.

**Symposium Experience Operations**

- Support operational planning and execution for the FullScale Symposium, ensuring all learning experiences, presenters, and resources are delivered successfully.
- Manage presenter RFP, support content selection and onboarding, including collecting bios, headshots, presentation materials, and required forms.
- Coordinate content schedules, logistics, participant communications, and planning documents - including providing run-of-show materials, facilitator resources, participant materials, and operational documentation for presenters.
- Support on-site event content to ensure a seamless experience for presenters, partners, and attendees.
- Track implementation milestones and ensure every deliverable is completed accurately and on time.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence**

- Work closely with the Chief Product Officer and other team leads to support alignment across product development, programmatic implementation, and communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal systems for documentation, dissemination, project management, archiving, and knowledge management.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, improve productivity and operational efficiency, and strengthen team operations.[](https://www.fullscalelearning.org/)
