## Description

As a UX/Product Designer, you will support the Product Owner in implementing the portal, with a strong focus on delivering intuitive and seamless user experiences through user-centred design practices. This includes conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, validating designs through user testing, translating business requirements into design outcomes, and ensuring consistency across the portal's digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

-   Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and establish a shared vision.
-   Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for intuitive user experiences.
-   Balance product strategy and functionality to align with business objectives and user needs.
-   Validate designs through user testing and iterate based on feedback.
-   Harmonise processes and user experience journeys by translating user needs and business requirements into design outcomes.
-   Clearly present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, articulating design rationale and user-centric thinking.
-   Ensure consistency and efficiency by maximising design methods, processes, and tools.

Requirements:

-   Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
-   3-5 years of experience in user research, product design, and UX/UI design.
-   Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design skills.
-   Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools such as InVision or Figma.
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-   Problem-solving skills and a user-centric mindset.
-   Comfortable navigating ambiguous requirements and environments.
-   Proficient in user-centred design frameworks/ design thinking
-   Good to have: Experience working in an agile set-up.
-   Good to have: Experience with COTS products and customisation.
