## Description

Responsibilities:  
\- Experience and background in Commerical and residential Projects, Custom Homes, daycares, Office Buildings, retail centers

\- Manage and oversee commercial construction/residential projects from start to finish  
\- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion  
\- Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

\- Develop/amend construction sets. MEP Plans as necessary and stamp the drawings.  
\- Coordinate engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met  
\- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise  
\- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards  
\- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management  
\- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary

## Requirements

Skills:  
\- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines  
\- Knowledge of contract management principles and experience reviewing and negotiating contracts  
\- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents  
\- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders  
\- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle  
\- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation and specifications

This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of commercial construction projects.

Qualifications:

-   5-10 years of relevant experience managing new home construction
-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
-   Experience with concept studies, final design documents, and construction phase services
-   Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
-   Professional License (PE, AIA, or RA) / Architect
