## Description

CropX, a globally recognized AgTech company, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join its Production team in Netanya, Israel.

CropX is an innovative ag-analytics company enabling significant savings in resources and improved yields. The company offers a user-friendly, cloud-based solution combining advanced hardware and software technologies to help farmers optimize irrigation, improve nutrient management, and enhance crop yields.

We are looking for a hands-on team player to perform mechanical and electronic assembly of products and components, ensuring high quality, precision, and compliance with production guidelines and timelines.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Perform mechanical and electronic assembly of products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
-   Conduct product testing and quality checks to ensure proper functionality.
-   Use manual and power tools for assembly and production tasks.
-   Identify and troubleshoot issues during assembly and testing processes.
-   Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail throughout the production process.
-   Work both independently and as part of the Production team.
-   Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in manual assembly of products or electronic devices – **Must**.
-   Experience working with manual and power tools – **Must**.
-   Ability to read and understand assembly instructions – Advantage.
-   Experience in testing electronic devices – Advantage.
-   Soldering experience – Advantage.
-   Previous experience in an electronic manufacturing environment – Advantage.
-   Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
-   Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-   Fast learner with a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to identify and resolve issues during assembly and testing.
-   Patience and ability to perform delicate and precise assembly tasks.
-   Ability to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
