## Description

We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to run software projects for US-based clients at Bolder Apps. This role is for people who have managed web and mobile builds at a software agency, consultancy, or dev studio, usually several clients at once. You'll own delivery from kickoff to launch: scoping and estimates with engineers, sprints and timelines, keeping scope under control, and keeping clients informed. Our engineering teams use AI tools every day, so we move fast and we need a PM who keeps that speed predictable for the client. This is a full-time, fully remote role open to candidates in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Uzbekistan and Georgia, with daily overlap into US Eastern time. If you've kept multiple client projects on track at the same time and you're more at home in delivery than in product strategy, we want to talk.

**About Us**
Bolder Apps is a product development studio that partners with US-based startups and established companies to build and scale innovative digital products. We specialize in AI-powered development, full-cycle product creation, and engineering team augmentation. Our mission is simple: build bolder, faster, and smarter.

**Our Culture & Values (read before applying)**
We move fast. We take ownership. We work with AI, not against it. And we expect everyone to bring ideas, not wait for instructions.

There are no daily checklists, no micromanagement, and no corporate politics. Instead, you'll have autonomy, trust, and a team that's always ready to help you grow. At Bolder Apps, impact matters more than titles, and curiosity matters more than seniority.

If you want a place where you can level up fast and actually see your work making a difference - welcome aboard.

**Responsibilities**

- Own delivery for several client software projects at the same time, each with its own scope, stakeholders, budget, and timeline
- Scope new work and build estimates together with engineers, then turn them into realistic plans, milestones, and sprints
- Run the sprint cycle: planning, backlog grooming, standups, demos, and retros, and keep timelines on track
- Spot risk early and control scope creep. Push back on unrealistic asks and handle change requests with a clear impact on time and cost
- Keep clients informed with clear written updates and live status calls and demos during US business hours
- Coordinate developers, designers, and QA so work flows without blockers and nothing ships without a real check
- Keep Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or the client's tool of choice accurate, so anyone can see status without a meeting
- Plan and run launches and releases for web and mobile apps, including staging, App Store and Google Play submissions, and post-launch fixes

## Requirements

- 3+ years managing web and mobile app projects as a project manager, technical project manager, delivery manager, or similar.
- Mobile app delivery. You've taken client iOS and/or Android apps from kickoff through App Store and Google Play review and release. This is weighted heavily; strong web-focused delivery experience is still considered.
- Agency, consultancy, or dev studio experience. You've delivered software for external clients and managed multiple client projects at the same time.
- Technical fluency. You don't need to write code, but you can talk with engineers about web and mobile architecture, APIs, releases, and bugs, and you know what they mean for the timeline.
- Proven ability to run several projects at once without losing quality or deadlines on any of them.
- English at C1 or above. You'll run client calls and write updates that clients read directly.
- Available to overlap with US Eastern time through about 5 PM EST for live client coordination.
- Strong written client communication. Clear status updates, change requests, and bad news delivered early, with a plan.
- AI-augmented workflow. You use AI tools daily in your own work and understand how AI-assisted development changes estimation and QA.

**Nice to have**

- Agile or Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, PMP, or similar)
- Experience with budgets, hourly or fixed-price client contracts, and change orders
- Experience working with US-based startups or founders
- A technical background (former developer, QA, or business analyst)

## Benefits

What we offer:

- Full-time, fully remote role, with overlap into US Eastern time for client coordination
- Opportunity to deliver exciting products for the US market
- Steady pipeline of client work as part of a growing team
- Real autonomy over how you run your projects. We don't hand you a rigid PM playbook
- Direct line to decision-makers, no extra layers between you and the people who own the outcome
- A peer network of other operators working on overlapping projects
