### Director of Clinical Operations Private Duty Nursing

Maryland Heights, MO

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is looking for a strong RN leader ready to step into meaningful, high impact leadership.

This role provides direct oversight of 4 Nursing Supervisors while helping drive clinical excellence, team development, operational success, and quality patient care across our Private Duty Nursing division.

### What You’ll Bring

Active MO RN license required  
IL RN license is a plus  
Leadership or supervisory experience required  
PDN or pediatric experience required  
Strong communication and operational leadership skills
