## Description

In this role, you will help shape customer experience solutions that connect business needs with practical SAP capabilities. You will work across functional and technical stakeholders to support solution design, system improvement, and operational continuity, contributing to projects that require both strong consulting judgment and hands-on platform knowledge.

### Responsibilities

-   Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP C4C solutions.
-   Configure and maintain SAP C4C functionalities, workflows, and business processes.
-   Support SAP Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud capabilities.
-   Support integrations between SAP C4C and other enterprise systems.
-   Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, middleware, and integration requirements.
-   Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and production issues.
-   Deliver enhancements, testing, deployments, and releases.
-   Participate in UAT activities and support defect resolution.
-   Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.
-   Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   4+ years of experience in SAP C4C or SAP Customer Experience consulting, including work on large-scale enterprise SAP projects.
-   Hands-on experience with SAP C4C, including configuration, workflows, and enhancements.
-   Hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
-   Strong understanding of CRM and customer engagement processes.
-   Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
-   Experience with testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
-   Very good command of English.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Exposure to SAP integration technologies and APIs.
-   Experience working in retail, FMCG, or other large customer-facing organizations.
-   Experience working with international stakeholders.
