## Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Subscription-Based Services. In this engaging role, you will provide exceptional support to our Hungarian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their subscriptions and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Your fluency in Hungarian will be vital as you help clients manage their accounts, resolve issues, and provide information about service features and benefits. You will play a key role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty through high-quality service delivery.

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding customer service in Hungarian via phone, email, and chat regarding subscription-related inquiries
-   Assist customers with account management, payment processing, and subscription modifications
-   Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
-   Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and enhance service quality
-   Gather customer feedback to inform improvements in our services
-   Stay informed about the latest developments in subscription-based services and industry trends

## Requirements

-   Fluent in Hungarian and English, with strong communication skills
-   Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
-   Previous experience in customer service, particularly in subscription-based or online services, is preferred
-   Able to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
-   Genuine interest in providing exceptional service and helping customers
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
