Location: San Francisco (hybrid, 3 days in-office; NYC option depending on business needs)  
Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 + Competitive Equity

About the Role — Senior Software Engineer  
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will:  
\- Lead and own large parts of the product, taking features from ideation to implementation and scaling  
\- Balance frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python) responsibilities  
\- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver impactful experiences for millions of users  
\- Work in a hybrid model (San Francisco office, 3 days in-office), with potential consideration for NYC-based candidates  
  
Responsibilities  
\- Lead frontend development, building delightful UI/UX for millions of daily page views  
\- Build and maintain backend systems in Python  
\- Work with SQL and Postgres for data modeling and queries  
\- Scope and implement product features in a fast-paced startup environment  
\- Collaborate cross-functionally to design end-to-end systems  
\- Own products from concept to production  
  
Requirements  
\- 3–10 years software engineering experience, preferably at startups  
\- Strong TypeScript skills for React frontend  
\- Strong Python backend experience  
\- Experience with SQL and Postgres  
\- Customer-centric mindset with empathy for creators  
\- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and scope solutions with teammates  
\- Experience leading and owning large features end-to-end
