## Description

ACE Moharram & Associates is looking for an experienced **Architecture Supervision Section Head** to lead the architectural site supervision function and oversee the effective execution of architectural works across assigned projects.

The ideal candidate will have 10-12 **years of experience**, strong architectural site supervision expertise, and proven ability to lead supervision teams, coordinate with key stakeholders, and ensure architectural works meet project requirements, quality standards, and approved designs.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and manage the architectural site supervision function across assigned projects.
-   Oversee architectural construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
-   Provide technical direction and guidance to the architectural supervision team.
-   Manage coordination with contractors, consultants, project management, and other disciplines.
-   Review and resolve complex architectural and site execution issues.
-   Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance of architectural works.
-   Review significant technical submissions, shop drawings, materials, and architectural details.
-   Ensure proper identification, documentation, and closure of site observations and non-conformities.
-   Lead architectural site meetings and coordinate required actions.
-   Monitor the performance of architectural supervision teams and ensure effective resource allocation.
-   Escalate major project risks, technical issues, and delays to senior management.
-   Ensure consistent application of supervision procedures and quality standards across assigned projects.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering**.
-   **10-12 years of experience** in architectural site supervision.
-   Proven experience in leading architectural supervision teams.
-   Strong technical knowledge of architectural construction and site execution.
-   Strong experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
-   Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
-   Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
-   Ability to manage multiple project requirements and priorities.
