**The Role**

As a BIM Graduate, you will join our BIM team and develop practical experience in Building Information Modelling and digital construction technologies across major M&E projects.

You will work alongside experienced BIM professionals, engineers and project teams, supporting the development and coordination of digital models throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assist with the development and coordination of BIM models.
-   Support the creation and maintenance of M&E models.
-   Assist with model coordination and clash detection.
-   Review drawings and model information.
-   Support the preparation of BIM documentation and reports.
-   Assist with design coordination across project disciplines.
-   Maintain model data and project information.
-   Work with project teams to support BIM deliverables.
-   Develop knowledge of BIM standards and processes.

## Requirements

-   Degree or relevant qualification in BIM, Engineering, Construction, Architecture or a related discipline.
-   Experience with Revit or other BIM software is advantageous.
-   Strong technical and analytical skills.
-   Good attention to detail.
-   Good communication and organisational skills.
-   Interest in digital construction and technology.
-   Strong willingness to learn.
