**Full-Time Telehealth LCSW | Remote Clinical Social Worker – North Carolina**

**Job Summary**

As a **Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker**, you will provide virtual therapy to clients who need consistent mental health support from a licensed professional. The work is practical, structured, and focused on helping clients better understand their patterns, manage symptoms, and build healthier ways to respond to daily challenges.

This position involves a mix of direct client sessions, clinical documentation, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring. You will support clients through secure video sessions while maintaining strong clinical standards and a professional remote care environment.

**Responsibilities**

Your day-to-day work may include:

-   Conducting remote therapy sessions with clients in North Carolina
-   Completing clinical intakes and reviewing client history
-   Assessing mental health symptoms, stressors, risk factors, and treatment needs
-   Writing treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical priorities
-   Providing therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family issues, and life transitions
-   Updating progress notes and treatment records through the EHR
-   Adjusting clinical approach based on client response and progress
-   Following proper procedures for crisis concerns or higher-risk situations
-   Maintaining professional communication with clients and care teams when needed

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active and unrestricted **LCSW license in North Carolina**
-   Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
-   Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
-   Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
-   Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in clinical care

## Benefits

-   Salary: **$115,000–$120,000 per year**
