## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Training & Development Specialist** to design and deliver learning programmes for a UK-based business. Fully remote from South Africa, you'll identify skills gaps, create engaging content, and ensure employees have the tools to perform at their best.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct training needs analyses across business functions
-   Design, develop, and deliver training programmes in a variety of formats including e-learning, webinars, and workshops
-   Maintain the LMS and ensure all learning content is current and accessible
-   Measure training effectiveness and report on learning outcomes
-   Support onboarding programmes for new hires

### What You'll Need

-   3+ years in an L&D or training role
-   Experience designing blended learning content using tools such as Articulate or similar
-   Familiarity with LMS platforms
-   Strong facilitation and presentation skills
-   Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

### What's on Offer

-   **Salary: R28,000 per month**
-   Full-time, permanent remote position
-   Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
