## Description

Our client is a leading provider of innovative data center solutions, specializing in the design, construction, and management of state-of-the-art facilities.  
  
Job responsibilities:  
\- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.  
\- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.  
\- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.  
\- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.  
\- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.  
\- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hires.  
\- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.  
\- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.  
\- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  
\- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the technology or data center industry.  
\- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.  
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
