**Main Responsibilities**

-   Assist the investment team in the evaluation of prospective investment deals in our target markets (Singapore, UK, Australia).
-   Work on an investment-related project with a report and presentation as end deliverables.

## Requirements

-   Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate or related field
-   Strong in MS Office
-   Ability to conduct financial modelling
-   Knowledge of Real Estate markets and cycles
-   Understanding of market norm variations and industry knowhow
-   Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
