Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Nordic-speaking individuals to join the Health Products Department in Greece as Customer Service Representatives! You will assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding health products, ensuring they receive the information and support they need. ### Your Responsibilities

-   Deliver excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
-   Handle customer inquiries related to health products, providing accurate information and resolving any issues.
-   Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
-   Accurately document customer interactions to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery.
-   Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-   Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of health products and customer service best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is essential, along with proficiency in English. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
-   Prior experience in customer service or the health/wellness sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
-   Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
-   Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive and vibrant work environment!
