## Description

Rosewood Manor is a rest home in Harwich with twenty-seven residents. We need an RN or LPN on second shift, 3pm to 11pm, full time or part time.

### A rest home and not a skilled facility

No IVs, no feeding tubes, no skilled needs. If you are coming from a SNF you will notice the difference on your first shift. The evening is medication management, observation, and time with residents and their families. You are not working against the clock.

### Twenty-seven residents

Small enough that you know everyone. Their history, their baseline, which family member calls on a Tuesday. When something changes with one of your residents, you have time to notice it.

### Staffing is consistent and generous

We say that to families and it matters as much to the people who work here. It is the difference between caring for someone and getting through a list of tasks, and it's why people stay.

### The building is a house

Built for a sea captain in the mid-1800s. An antique cape on Main Street, expanded and modernized since. Exposed beams, a fireplace in the common room, a dining room where everyone eats together, gardens outside. The evenings are quiet.

## Requirements

-   Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing
-   Experience caring for older adults, including residents with cognitive impairment
-   Able to run an evening shift with limited supervision

## Benefits

The pay rate for this position is **$38.00 to $41.25 per hour**, with some shift differential. Full-time staff also receive the following:
