We are seeking an experienced **Transformation Manager** to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **Digital Manufacturing or Smart Manufacturing**, combined with hands-on exposure to **shop floor operations**, manufacturing processes, and enterprise transformation programs.

This role will be responsible for leading business and technology transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, productivity, visibility, and decision-making across manufacturing plants. The candidate will work closely with business leaders, plant operations teams, supply chain stakeholders, and technology partners to implement innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and Industry 4.0 objectives.

The successful candidate should possess a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and have experience delivering transformation programs involving **SAP implementations**, **Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)**, digital manufacturing platforms, and process optimization initiatives. Exposure to **supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and shop floor environments** is highly desirable.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence goals.
-   Drive adoption of Digital Manufacturing and Smart Manufacturing practices to enhance production efficiency, quality, traceability, and plant performance.
-   Partner with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, logistics, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and digital enablement.
-   Manage transformation programs involving SAP solutions, manufacturing systems integration, and operational technology platforms.
-   Analyze current manufacturing processes and recommend innovative solutions to improve productivity, asset utilization, and operational visibility.
-   Collaborate with plant leadership and shop floor teams to implement change management strategies and ensure successful user adoption.
-   Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, project plans, and performance metrics to measure program success.
-   Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
-   Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging automation, analytics, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
-   Monitor project risks, dependencies, and governance requirements while providing regular updates to senior leadership.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

### Must-Have Skills

-   Strong experience in **Digital Manufacturing** or **Smart Manufacturing** environments.
-   Extensive exposure to **shop floor operations**, manufacturing processes, and production systems.
-   Proven experience leading business transformation or operational excellence initiatives within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
-   Experience with **SAP implementation, integration, or transformation programs**.
-   Strong stakeholder management, program management, and change management capabilities.
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

### Good-to-Have Skills

-   Experience with **Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)**.
-   Exposure to **logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations**.
-   Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, automation, IoT, and manufacturing analytics.
-   Experience working across multi-plant or global manufacturing environments.

### Preferred Background

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
-   10–18 years of experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments.
-   Demonstrated success in delivering digital transformation, operational excellence, or manufacturing modernization programs.
-   Ability to bridge business and technology teams while driving measurable operational improvements.
