## Description

**Duties**

• Greet and welcome guests with a smile   
• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously  
• Take accurate food and drink orders, often using a POS system  
• Relay orders to kitchen and bar staff efficiently  
• Assist in handling cash & card transactions   
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues  
• Clear tables and reset dining areas between guests  
• Process payments (cash, card) and provide correct change  
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and utensils  
• Assist with special events or large group setups

## Requirements

**Requirements** 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Basic math and cash handling abilities  
• Ability to memorize menu items and make recommendations  
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods  
• Teamwork and multitasking skills  
• Customer service orientation  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays  
• Previous experience in food service is often preferred but not always required
