Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Poultry Vaccines Assistant Product Manager** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing animal health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan for the poultry vaccines portfolio.
-   Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
-   Support in defining product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional approaches.
-   Monitor brand performance and suggest corrective actions based on KPIs (sales, market share, customer engagement).
-   Support in developing brand communication materials (brochures, detailing aids, digital content, etc.).

-   Provide training and marketing support to the field force, including product knowledge and communication tools.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
-   Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.
-   Experience with vaccines or biological products is a strong asset.
-   Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
-   Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
-   Communication, creativity, and innovation in crafting and executing marketing initiatives.
