Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer Croatian-Speaking Customer Service roles based in Greece, complete with a free relocation package to make your move effortless! We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our Croatian-speaking clients.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience for Croatian-speaking customers. Your role is critical to maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer support in Croatian and English across various communication channels
-   Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns
-   Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
-   Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery
-   Stay updated on product offerings and company policies
-   Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Croation and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Please indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-   Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
-   Committed to providing outstanding customer experiences
