### The Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced **Hair** **Salon Manager** to lead our busy **Guildford** salon. You will take full responsibility for team performance, client experience, and daily operations, with the support of a well-established brand behind you.

### Who you are

-   **Proven experience working within a hair salon environment**
-   Currently a **Hair Salon Manager, Hair Stylist Manager, or Senior Stylist ready to step up**
-   Strong **leadership, people management & customer service skills**
-   Confident in driving sales, KPIs & hitting targets
-   Passion for the hair & beauty industry
