## Description

**iKnowHow Group** is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2026 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

We are now looking for an **Infrastructure & Security Project Manager** to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering infrastructure and security projects across Microsoft, cloud, and virtualization environments. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and delivery partners, ensuring that projects are planned, executed, monitored, and delivered according to business priorities, security standards, and operational requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and coordinate multiple enterprise infrastructure projects across cloud, networking, datacenter, server, storage, backup and disaster recovery environments.
-   Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure and security initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines and technical requirements.
-   Support Azure architecture and Microsoft cloud-related projects, including hybrid infrastructure, identity, access management and Microsoft 365 environments.
-   Oversee cybersecurity-related workstreams, including security controls, endpoint protection, access governance, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening.
-   Coordinate networking and datacenter-related activities, working closely with infrastructure, operations, security and external vendor teams.
-   Drive delivery of large-scale infrastructure modernization projects, ensuring standardization, scalability, resilience and compliance with internal security standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field (or equivalent experience)

-   At least 5 of experience in Infrastructure & Security / IT Management / IT Project Management roles
-   Strong exposure to large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives, including cloud, datacenter, networking, virtualization and security workstreams.
-   Solid understanding of Microsoft-based enterprise environments, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and hybrid cloud architectures.
-   Able to coordinate cross-functional technical teams, vendors and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
-   Strong focus on cybersecurity ownership, risk mitigation, security controls and operational resilience.
