## Description

Freedom24, the European division of Freedom Holding Corp., is looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria as a Junior Relationship Manager.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, final-year students, and candidates with little or no previous work experience who are looking to take their first steps in the financial industry. If you are motivated, confident in communicating with people, and eager to learn, we would be happy to hear from you — previous experience in a similar role is not required.

You will become part of an international team and have the opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and build a career in a fast-growing company operating across European markets.

Please note that this is a full-time, office-based position in Sofia.

**Responsibilities**

-   Work with the existing client base;
-   Reactivate and engage clients while developing long-term client relationships;
-   Communicate with clients via phone calls and messaging platforms;
-   Handle a high volume of outbound calls;
-   Consult clients on the company’s products and services;
-   Maintain a high level of customer service;
-   Update and maintain client information in the CRM system.

## Requirements

-   Recent university graduates or final-year students (Degree in Economics, Finance, Philology, or a related field, or currently in the final stage of obtaining a diploma);
-   Fluent English and Bulgarian language skills (Additional European languages will be considered an advantage, including: French, German, Spanish, Polish, and others);
-   Previous experience in sales, call centers, banking, insurance, financial services, or other client-facing roles will be considered a plus;
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-   Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively communicate with a large number of clients;
-   Results-driven mindset and willingness to grow within an international company.
